USING THIS WEBSITE INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT YOU CHOOSE TO REGISTER WITH US OR ORDER FROM US. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO USE THIS WEBSITE.

ORDERING FROM US

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an email order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered and the total cost of the order. This will be from sales@azzaalhuajairi.com and the sender will appear in your inbox as “Azza Fine Jewellery”
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a)where goods are not available;
(b)where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c)if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d)if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
(e) If the country you reside in does not allow you to receive the goods

Gift vouchers may only be redeemed in our La Fontaine Showroom and not for online purchases.

Azza Fine Jewellery Quality

Metal standards of fineness used:
Gold – 22k (916) 18k (750) 14k (585) 9k (375)
Silver – Sterling (925)
Platinum – 950

Palladium – 500 and 950

All of our diamonds are a F-H color and VS-SI clarity, unless stated otherwise. Where a piece has more than one of the same stone, total carat weights will be listed, this is the combined weight of all the stones within the piece. All items are made from castings unless stated as being handmade.

3.PRICING

Our prices include VAT.
We charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown below in the Delivery section.
Our prices are reviewed periodically and without notice and custom orders may change based on the market gold price fluctuations.

DELIVERY

We currently offer free same day delivery in Bahrain and ship via DHL to our International customers.

We will may deliver to a shipping address which is different from the billing address registered to the card with which payment is made.

The parcel must be signed for on receipt and this will be used as proof of delivery.

If someone without authority signs for your delivery at the address given by you it will not be the responsibility of Azza Fine Jewellery.

As items require a signature on delivery, if you should not be available to do this and they are returned to the shipping company depot it becomes your responsibility to make arrangements to collect them.

Delivery charges on all purchases will be supplied on checkout, additional charges or special charges will be communicated with you directly by email.

Items will only be dispatched once full payment has been received, verified and accepted by ourselves.

We will endeavour to dispatch items within 1 working day of the order being placed but cannot be held liable for late delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control such as Shipment delays during Covid-19.

Ring orders: Whilst we will make every effort to size and dispatch a ring within our standard delivery timescale of 3-5 working days, this is not always possible.  In the event that the ring has to be remade in order to achieve the correct size, whilst no extra charge will be made the process can take up to 7-12 working days. 

Any manufacturing information or change in delivery timescales will be confirmed on receipt of the order.

Whilst every effort is made to maintain stock quantities accurately there may be occasion where this system fails and if for any reason this occurs and we are unable to fulfil your order we will inform you as soon as we become aware of this and provide you with a full refund if the item cannot be remade.

All jewellery is dispatched in a Azza Fine Jewellery box but NOT gift wrapped. This allows the purchaser to check the items before presenting them as a gift, whilst still coming nicely presented without the need to wrap on receipt.

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order:
(a)you can notify us by email at sales@azzaalhuajairi.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b)where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause listed below.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt, however you must notify us in writing upon reciept of your package within 5 working days if unsatisfied and we will issue a full refund or exchange. Refunds will not include any bank fees or fund transfer fees, if any. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We will accept returns made by registered courier or through our La Fontaine Showroom. If an item is returned through the courier, please send to Azza International, 92 Hoora Ave., Manama 306, Kingdom of Bahrain. It is advisable to obtain postage insurance and to send it through registered courier service which requires us to sign for it on receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels which do not reach us.
Upon receipt of the goods and following a full inspection by our team of specialists where items are received in the original condition we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. Refunds will be made onto the same card as used for the original purchase.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances: –
If any products have been made or customized specifically for you
if following our inspection there is deemed to be any damage or wear to the items.
If items are returned outside the agreed 30 day period and not communicated in writing within the first 5 days.
If there are any faults on the goods on delivery and we have not been notified within 5 days of arrival.

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

5. LICENCE

5.1You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:
(a)no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
(b)no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and
(c)any of our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website other than in accordance with clause 5.1 above for any purpose is prohibited.
