Job Title: Sales Associate

Branch Airport

Role Objective:

We are looking for new sales executives with a charismatic personality and strong communication skills able to make customers feel our brand DNA through ensuring an excellent customer experience. You are required to have knowledge of the company core values and excessive them by continuously educating yourself with the Company’s material on Jewelry, Gemology, brands, and stories of the collections. You will also be required to identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. Our team members are expected to maintain a positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints to be successful in this role.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Achieving, driving and seeking out sales opportunities inside and outside of the boutiques

• Providing accurate product information aimed at increasing the overall sales (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

• Answering customers' questions about specific products/services

• Greet and direct customers

• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products

• Ensure displays are fully stocked and in line with company standards

• Manage returns of merchandise

• Manage new orders and complete the full cycle of the order and repair management.

• Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during exhibitions and peak times)

• Promote discounts and special offers to customer

• Provide customer feedback to Management

• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Educational Qualifications: • High school degree • BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus

Experience: Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role/ Background with Jewellery and Luxury would be advantage.
